Samurai Shoelace
Bean Candy

As the lightest roasted member of Samurai Shoelace's "Serious Coffee" series, Bean Candy is characterised by the pleasantly sweet, acidic, and fruity flavours of coffee from El Salvador. It's best prepared as an espresso, though we also recommend it with a dash of milk to bring out a balanced, almost milk chocolate harmony.

*Each box comes with 10 Nespresso®-compatible capsules.

*Any capsules labeled as a ‘sale’ item have a remaining shelf life of 2 to 4 months.

Samurai Shoelace

Samurai Shoelace is a unique coffee brand that has said goodbye to whole beans, focusing exclusively on roasting coffee for capsules. Founded by two former specialty café owners, the brand is constantly seeking the best green beans from various origins to make exceptional coffee accessible to everyone. Quality control is as important to them as the coffee itself. Join Samurai Shoelace on a journey where tradition meets innovation, and let them redefine your coffee experience, one capsule at a time.

The bourbon sub-variety used here comes from El Salvador, particularly the Concepción de Ataco region that’s located at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Up to 1,900 mm of precipitation can fall annually, which, combined with the sunshine, promotes the production of coffees with a special taste. The light, citrusy and sweet flavour characteristic of this regional bourbon is captured here, alongside a strong body and finish.
