Returns

We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers enjoy the finest experience possible. In the unlikely event that your purchase fails to completely satisfy you, we offer the option to return it for an exchange or refund.

Prior to initiating a return, we kindly request that you reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@drinkmorning.com.

Missing, damaged or defective products

In the event that your package arrives with missing items, exhibits evident damage to its outer packaging, or contains any product that is damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you retain all original packaging and its contents until the claim process is finalised. For your convenience and prompt resolution, kindly attach photos of the original packaging or the damaged items in your email correspondence.

Cooling-off period / Change of mind

For returns prompted by a change of mind, please ensure that the product remains unopened, still encased in its original packaging, free from damage, and unused.

For countries within the United Kingdom and EU, the product does not need to remain unopened for change of mind returns. Customers are entitled to handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The items returned must be in their original packaging and in a condition that allows you to inspect and try the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning without causing any damage or excessive wear.

Please note that the customer assumes responsibility for the cost associated with return shipping. Morning reserves the right to decline returns or apply deductions if the return conditions are not met.

Products not included in Cooling-off period / Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns will not apply to the following products:

  • Coffee consumables
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Gift vouchers

Products purchased at a Morning stockist / retail partner

Items acquired through our retail partners are to be returned directly to the initial point of purchase, adhering to the return policy of the respective site. Should you encounter any challenges during this process, we encourage you to reach out to us.

Returning your Morning products

When in contact with us, please provide the proof of purchase (e.g. electronic receipt) along with your name and address.

In the case of a bundle purchase (including the Morning Machine and other Morning products), refunds or returns will be processed for the entire bundle. If, however, you wish to return individual products from the bundle, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing of refund

Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a verification process, checking for appropriate packaging, serial number, and invoice details. Reimbursement will be initiated within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. While we are committed to processing the refund promptly, please note that your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account, considering that the amount is returned via the original payment method. Refunds will exclusively be issued to the original mode of payment or credited to your Morning account in the form of credits.

Exclusions

Morning reserves the right to decline returns if the product displays defects or damage arising from misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorised self-service, incorrect product part adjustments, normal wear and tear, or improper installation/setup. Please note that products returned to us in damaged or lost condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.

Morning, at its sole discretion, retains the right to reject returns that do not meet the aforementioned return conditions. Additionally, Morning may opt to evaluate and impose a restocking fee of 10% based on the return circumstances.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions that are free-to-cancel, you may proceed to cancel your subscription via your Morning account.

For subscriptions that have a minimum term (e.g. those that include machines), you may cancel your subscription within a 7-day "cooling-off" period. For cancelation requests within the cooling-off period, please reach out to our Customer Care team. Returns of machines and other items included in the subscription are subjected to the policies stated above.

For cancellations within the minimum term, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee based on the length of your current subscription period and type of subscription (see below). You will not be entitled to a refund for any subscription fees already paid prior to the date of cancellation. You will own the Morning Machine and may keep existing coffee capsules sent to you after cancellation fees have been made. 

For Morning Essentials and Discovery with Machine,
